Qualifications & Requirements
We hire people who are dependable, caring, and committed to creating a calm, structured environment for children. Most positions at our center require strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team. Classroom roles may also require early childhood experience, age-appropriate curriculum familiarity, and ongoing training to meet licensing and quality standards.
•High school diploma or GED required for most positions
•Experience in childcare, education, or related care work preferred
•Warm, patient, and emotionally steady under pressure
•Reliable attendance and strong time management
•Must be available to work all Fridays or at least 3 Fridays per month
•Clear, proactive communication with families and teammates
•Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and grow with us

What You'll Do
- ✓Lead daily classroom activities aligned with our age-appropriate curriculum
- ✓Create a structured, nurturing environment that supports development
- ✓Communicate proactively with parents — including daily progress reports
- ✓Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom
- ✓Participate in monthly fire and tornado drills
- ✓Attend required continuing education (36+ hours annually)
- ✓Collaborate with the owner and team to support program quality
What We're Looking For
- •High school diploma or GED (required)
- •Experience with young children in a licensed childcare or school setting (preferred)
- •Familiarity with structured curriculum and early childhood best practices
- •Warm, patient, and emotionally regulated — especially under pressure
- •Reliable: shows up on time, every day, ready to be present
- •Proactive communicator who keeps parents informed
- •Coachable and open to learning our programs and systems
