Our Story
At Smiling Faces Academy, we understand how hard it can be to leave your child in someone else's care — especially for the very first time. That's why we focus on more than just childcare. We focus on love, trust, and creating a second home where your child feels safe, comforted, and truly cared for.
Since opening our doors in 2010, we've grown from a single location to two centers in Kearney, Nebraska — with a third planned for 2027. Every step of the way, our mission has stayed the same: give every child a place where they belong.
We're not a franchise. We're not a corporation. We're an owner-operated, community-rooted center — and our families stay with us year after year because of it.
